The Dangers of Water Intoxication

Many dog breeds absolutely LOVE the water, whether it’s crashing into waves at the beach to fetching tennis balls from the other side of the pool, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are certainly no exception!

But while swimming can be a favorite pastime in these hot days of summer – it can also be fatal The oral consumption of too much water, even inadvertently, can quickly lead to what is known as ‘water intoxication’ and result in brain damage or death, sadly!
